What trapped emotions do to your mind, body and soul?
Trapped emotions can cause you to make the wrong assumptions, overreact to innocent remarks, misinterpret behaviour and short-circuit your relationships. Even worse, trapped emotions can create depression, anxiety and other unwanted feelings that you can’t seem to shake. They can interfere with proper function of your body’s organs and tissues, wreaking havoc with your physical health, causing pain, fatigue and illness. Yet, no matter how great your suffering may be, the invisible energy of trapped emotions will remain undiagnosed by conventional medicine, even though they may be a major causative factor in your physical and emotional difficulties.

How it works?
Consciously, we know very little about what emotions we may be harbouring, but the subconscious mind is fully aware of all you have been through and knows precisely what your emotional baggage is. We rely completely on the subconscious mind to give us the answers about what our emotional baggage actually is.
Using a form of bio-feedback known as muscle-testing, the method consists of asking a series of simple questions that are designed to quickly uncover the exact emotion that has become trapped. A session may release between 3 to 5 trapped emotions.
Can you focus on a certain condition or area that you would like help with?
Absolutely! Many people come to me and ask me if I will work on a specific problem (physical or emotional) that they are facing. We can target that issue specifically. Others just want me to test them and find out what the most important priority is for them at the moment. Sometimes I find that the body wants to release “trapped emotions” before anything else so that it can begin to heal itself properly. Each person is different but you can guide the healing process because you’re in charge (both consciously and subconsciously).

Just like humans, animals have feelings too and go through the ups and downs of life. They may not be able to talk about them, but if you watch their behaviour and get to know them, you will soon be able to recognise their subtle changes of emotion. As we may see, their dis-ease may actually be caused by a trapped emotion wreaking havoc in their bodies.
What can you expect after the session?
Releasing emotions and other energies can sometimes take a day or two to process. Most of the time, processing is pretty mild and isn’t really noticed. You’ll usually feel lighter and less burdened. Sometimes you may, however, feel more emotionally sensitive than normal. You may feel some echoes of the emotions that were released. Although not very common, other symptoms can include emotional ups and downs, crying, sleeplessness or need for extra sleep, vivid dreams, or headaches. The unpleasant effects don’t typically last for more than a day or two and they are usually pretty mild. During this period, we suggest you drink lots of water for your body to process the change easily and eat light and healthy meals. Also, at the end of a session, you can muscle test to see approximately how much time processing will take, so you can know when you can release more emotions.
Does releasing your trapped emotions help in alleviating depression?
Everyone has trapped emotions, as you might imagine. But it now appears that our trapped emotions are a significant underlying cause of depression. New, simpler methods of energy psychology are making it simple to find and release these trapped emotions, often with dramatic results in helping people suffering from depression.
Do you need to go through the emotional experience again for the emotion to release?
Your subconscious mind occasionally requires knowing some details about an event, but it is not necessary to rehearse, rehash or relive it. The most elegant part of releasing a trapped emotion is that you do not need to rehearse the unhappiness that caused the trapped emotion in the first place. Trapped emotions do not serve our highest and best interests and slow down our momentum. Leave them in your dust!
